The Origins
The taste of Greece, in the heart of Rome
Sparta Greek Food was born from the desire to bring an authentic, simple, and recognizable Greek experience to Rome. Not a cuisine built to look exotic, but a direct, genuine, and convivial way of experiencing food: traditional Greek recipes and flavors capable of telling the story of a culture built on hospitality, sharing, and simplicity.
The First Location
Trieste: the first step
In 2017, the first Sparta Greek Food location opened in the Trieste area. A place born with a clear idea: to make Rome discover the authentic taste of Greek street food, through simple, generous, and carefully prepared dishes.
Growth
Prati: the second location
Following the success of the first location, in 2023 Sparta Greek Food arrived in the Prati district, in Via Leone IV. The second opening confirmed the growth of the project, bringing the same spirit to a new area of Rome. Two locations, one identity: offering a simple, good, and sincere Greek experience.
